Privacy Policy
Who we are. Baby Sleep Tracker ("the app") is operated by Blendlogic LLC.
What we collect. (1) Account info from Google Sign-In: your name and email. (2) Sleep data you enter about your child: nap/night times, durations, wake events, and the timezone/location context of each session. (3) Settings: baby name, birth month/year, target bedtime, nap mode.
How it's stored. Data is stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore) under your account. Access is restricted by security rules so only you — and people you explicitly invite to your household — can read or write your data (see "Support & operations access" below for the narrow administrative exception).
How we use it. Solely to provide the app's features: showing your history and calculating wake windows, sleep debt, bedtime, and travel/jet-lag recommendations. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Sharing. If you generate an invite link, the person who accepts it can view and edit your baby's data until you remove them. Invites expire after 24 hours.
Support & operations access. An administrator function lets Blendlogic LLC view aggregate usage counts and, for support, debugging, and abuse prevention, read stored sleep data and error reports. When the app encounters an error, a report is recorded containing your account email, a technical description of the error, the page address, and your browser's user-agent string. Error reports are used only to fix problems and are deleted once resolved.
Children's data. The app stores information about an infant, entered by you, the adult account holder. Accounts are for adults; the child does not interact with the app.
Your rights. You can access, correct, export, or permanently delete your data at any time from Settings. Under the EU/UK GDPR you also have the right to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent (by deleting your account). For any request, contact support@blendlogic.com.
Legal basis (GDPR). Where the GDPR applies, we process your data based on your consent — given when you create an account and enter data — and to provide the service you request. You may withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account.
Data controller & processors. The data controller is Blendlogic LLC (support@blendlogic.com). We use Google Firebase (Google LLC) as a processor to authenticate you and store your data.
International transfers. Data is hosted on Google Firebase and may be processed on servers in the United States. Google provides Standard Contractual Clauses to safeguard such transfers.
Complaints. If you are in the EU/UK, you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Retention. Data is kept until you delete it. Deleting your account removes your sleep data and settings from our database.
